The Challenge - to create 5 unique, colourful, vibrant designs which will be used on vinyl wraps on the windows of closed shops in Mutley Plain Plymouth.

 To breath reinvigorated life, colour and vibrancy into the Mutley Plain area through the targeted transformation of empty commercial premises. 

Background

The number of empty commercial properties on Mutley Plain, Plymouth has risen in recent years, which has had an adverse effect on the attractiveness of the area. Delivering small-scale interventions to improve the general feel of an area can help overcome these challenges by encouraging people to visit physical shops while also enjoying their surroundings, the aim is to create a more enjoyable experience for shoppers.
